Ingredients for the patties:
1 lb. Ground Chicken
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
Separately, you will need flour, egg, and bread crumbs to make your breading. How much depends on your needs.
Put some oil (whatever kind suits your needs) in a pan and get it hot at medium heat. Dip the patties into the flour, then the egg, then then breadcrumbs and put into the oil and cook, about 4 minutes on each side.
You can easily freeze and reheat them, either in the microwave, or for a crispier patty in the oven at 450 for about 2 minutes each side. Bon Appetit!
