Who are we?

Who are the people writing all this stuff about processed food and what makes them think they can do it? 

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERABill Seidel is a food scientist and works as a consultant in the food industry.  He conducts nutritional analysis, assists companies to conform with FDA regulations and with general processing assistance. He spends his time in Maine and Belize.

meSandy Azancot holds a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry from Southern Arkansas University. She is a lifelong nutrition analyst and food investigator. She spends her time in Arkansas and Belize.
